Consruction and home repair has become very complicated. I did not feel qualified to determine costs associated with making my home as it was prior the water damage. I also didn’t feel confident I could count on my insurance company to provide realistic numbers. Mark was professional, honest , timely and well prepared. He handled all communications with the adjuster and was able to secure a reasonable settlement. He also was able to provide names of some qualified professionals for repairs as needed. Bottom line is I believe Lightman & Fields was able to secure a settlement that was greater than I could have on my own. No doubt after fees my net proceed was more than I would have been able to secure on my own.
