There was some water damage to the inside of my dad's home from the roof having a leak and my roofer (Blue Sky Roofing.. also incredible!) recommended Pilot and the ease of the process could not have been easier. Nick was super responsive and set me up with Jeff who touched base right away to set up a time to assess the damage. He found things that I was not aware of that would have caused me problems down the line, so I was very pleased with how thorough the inspection was. The price was very fair and the job was done from start to finish within weeks, just as they had said. The level of professionalism and quality of work is unmatched! They left zero mess behind and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for ANYTHING that I needed assistance with for my home.

We are so pleased with the work Nick did in screening in our deck. We had 2 different contractors come out originally. One couldn’t do the job at all. And the other was going to charge way too much with no anticipated start date. I found Nick on a home webpage and after putting in a request he followed up immediately that evening and came out that weekend. He took the time to really look at the job, explain the process and ask for our preference and gave a very reasonable quote (10k less than the other company). He did the work himself and asked for our opinions and communicated every step of the way. We are very pleased with how our deck looks and would definitely hire him for our next project!
