Very unhappy with how unprofessional this company is. Hired them to detail a boat and although the boat was clean the praise stops there. Upon returning to the boat all of the cushions and their covers were removed and left inside the boat, which was also left unlocked. When I brought this up, the response was "It was too windy" but there was no mention of returning to place them back. The original invoice said remaining payment was due one month from the date they cleaned. Apparently a revised invoice was sent out asking for payment 5 days after. Normally this would not be a huge problem, however it was December 21st and the boats owner was relatively unreachable on Christmas vacation. I forwarded the new invoice, he acknowledged receiving it and I passed this information along to the detailing company. Before 9am on December 26th I received not 1, not 2 but 6 calls from the detailing company. After I repeatedly explained that I have no way of paying and I'm waiting to get a card from my owner and AS SOON as I have a way to pay him I would. I was in regular communication via email and text and was shocked that despite an error on their end (an incorrect first invoice) and an incomplete job, I am being harrased. I would not recommend this company.
