I can not say enough good things about everyone at Lakeside! They did an amazing job with our master bedroom & bathroom. The shower pan in our master bathroom had leaked into the wall causing mold and water damage to the carpet in our master bedroom. They were so wonderful and communicated every step of the process. Our bedroom and bathroom look like there was never any damage and the shower works wonderfully. We have already asked them to help with our front door wood rot problem because I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

Lakeside Restoration is a company that Lake Health Care Center would recommend to anyone facing water and mold damage. Brian was our contact through the whole operation; he answered every question and responded quickly to every email. He was our liaison with the mold tester and the carpet company, and talked to them on our behalf to resolve any problem that arose. The workers that came out to do the physical restoration were very thorough; the dry wall, shelves, cabinets, and baseboards look great! Best of all, they worked around Dr. Torres' schedule so he could keep treating patients with minimal interruption.

We have had occasional to use Lakeside twice, and both experiences have been wonderful. When they did mold remediation in our home, our mold inspector commented that their work was exemplary and was some of the best he had ever seen. The repairs were seamless, and are not noticeable. While excellent work is very important, this company stands out because of their amazing communication skills and client care. Someone reached out to us everyday during the process in our home with an update. They also handled a very contentious situation for my mom after her roof collapsed during a roof replacement. Their professionalism and thoughtfulness helped her navigate what seemed like an impossible passage to getting her home repaired. I can not recommend these folks enough; they are a top notch company, do beautiful work, and are kind and wonderful to work with.
