The plumbers had to replumb my entire home through the attic. The only way to accomplish this was to remove portions of my drywall. USAA hooked me up with this company and said they'd be taking care of me. I cannot comment on the price since I just had to pay my insurance deductible. I was blessed to have Wayne and Jim here working on my home. If you're lucky enough to get these guys, you won't be disappointed. They were respectful of my home & explained everything they were doing beforehand to prepare me of any loud noises, potential design conflictions, issues etc. They laid paper down their walkway so they didn't dirty up my floors (that were already dirty but hey, respect lol) & they were very tolerant and conscientious of my 4 other roommates who are total a-holes, I mean cats. Most times, I'm a nervous wreck with people working in my home, but they made it so much more tolerable. I've had a LOT of bad contractors in my home in the past 5 years & I must say, I don't think I've had any that were this easy to work with, who did what they said they'd do, were here when they'd said they'd be here and on top of all that, had an great work ethic. Poor Wayne ripped his pants right down the front on the coldest day of the week! I would've totally understood if he had left to go change, since he was cutting materials outside in that frigid weather, but instead he chose to stay to get the job done in the alotted time. Gotta respect the work ethics. When my new bathroom mirror didn't fit, Wayne made sure to inform me of my options before installing it and when the baseboards in my laundry room weren't pleasing to my eye, Jim worked with me so that I was happy with the final result. I'm really hoping their supervisor reads my review because those guys deserve the recognition/raise. I don't think my review goes far enough to describe my gratitude for these guys.

Jeremy Faqua was over to assess our kitchen situation as soon as the reconstruction phase began. We needed new cabinets, countertops and backsplash. He hired great workers for every aspect of the project. Communication with me was a strength. He always responded to my questions and concerns quickly, and respectfully acknowledged when I passed on information. He may have been too trusting of contractors to follow through on their part of projects. It was discovered a month after my initial selection of color/brand of cabinets that it was out of my budget and we had to start over. But all in all I am thrilled with the final results. Jeremy was a miracle worker getting certain tasks done within the allowed budget. For that I am very thankful for his commitment to us and our kitchen reconstruction. I certainly felt like he had our backs and went to bat for us, Jeremy, as well as Paul Davis. For that I will always be indebted to them! They got the job done and gave me a stunning kitchen! Thank you Jeremy and Paul Davis! 😊

I highly recommend using Paul Davis Restoration. Hunter and Caleb were quick to arrive after I contacted my insurance company. They were curious, polite, and informative. I could tell right away that they were professional, and that I would be able to trust them with the process of drying out the water leak in my home. Hunter checked on us throughout the process to make sure that everything was going smoothly, and even contacted the insurance company to help get me in touch with an adjuster. I would definitely use them for any restoration needs in the future.

Working with Jeremy Faqua during the cleanup and restoration of my home after a fire was an extremely pleasant experience. Jeremy was personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He always returned my calls/texts promptly and always had time to discuss anything concerning the repairs, time lines, and answer any questions i might have had. A restoration of this type is very time-consuming when you have to deal with insurance Adjusters, weather, inspections, etc., and at times during the restoration when i would get anxious everyone was extremely patient and understanding. Jeremy was outstanding and I would give him the highest rating of A++++++++ as a project manager!!!!

My husband was a CD collector along with an array of books, these ladies came in so organized and professional and did not hesitate. Everything was done with the upmost care and very neat. They actually did better then some of my past military pack outs in the past. Bryan took great care in measuring the whole area and was extremely professional and informative.
