Disappointed at best. Their site says and eludes to only getting paid if they collect. Not exactly the true or the case. They still want to be paid their 10% even after it now requires an attorney and threat of lawsuit to truly get paid and we have to pay the attorney fee on top of theirs. So it turns into a chicken or the egg scenario that they claim they did all the work, but ultimately could not get it over the finish line to truly collect from the insurance company. Then I ended up pushing on the attorney to settle for more, only to basically earn Trouble in Paradise even more money that again…They didn’t collect. So all and all…Be cautious and aware of what these Public Adjusters really are doing. They get in, get involved, assess the house, then get paid for getting an attorney in. Sadly….When a case goes to court and pays huge, they still collect. Wish I had better things to say about the results. Because Jeremy are adjust was great and easy to work with. The company being greedy for their cut takes away from the result after paying them and the attorneys now.

Our property is in Naples, Florida and we had water and mold damage in our first floor condo from the condo above us. Both bathrooms had to be torn apart and rebuilt and our insurance company was not representing us very well at all. Trouble in Paradise sent John to represent us and we can’t say enough about him!
