Over the years I have had quite a bit of work done by Mario, both elective and emergency. Exceptional work every time. Service is always prompt, professional and outstanding, quality craftsmanship. Couldn't ask for better service in times of emergencies. I know this because I have had quite a few at my home. Mario and his staff have installed 2 new kitchens, remodeled bathrooms and patios as well as installed water heaters and many other jobs around our apartments. I had a very frustrating experience with Sunshine State Water Restoration. They charged me $350 for a service that ended up leaving my water heater internet connection completely disconnected. Despite multiple attempts to have them fix the issue, they were unable to resolve it or provide a satisfactory solution. It's unacceptable to pay for a service that not only fails to solve the initial problem but creates a new one instead. Their inability to address the issue after being contacted was both disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services based on my experience
