Had water damage along with mold growth my two bathrooms and laundry room. Contacted my insurance company and Phoenix Restoration contacted me very quickly after. Jason came by and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the job ahead. They did a quick job setting up their equipment and gave me clear instructions on what to do (just keeping the doors sealed and monitoring the fans in the unlikely event of a malfunction). They took away their equipment a few days later at a time that was convenient for me. The employee even called to confirm what time I would be available. Hopefully I won't have any more problems with the house, but if I do I would most likely use Phoenix again.
