I can't stress how amazing this team was in restoring my home following a severe water damage. They were quick to assist and get everything dried out when a pipe burst due to subzero temperatures. The amount of caring, compassion, and understanding they showed throughout the whole process was amazing, being such a stressful situation we were lost, but they helped to explain the process the entire way and offered recommendations of the repairs. I'm happy to have used them to help repair almost my entire first floor because they broke down every detail in a way we could understand and nothing was offered to us that wasn't in our best interest. My house looks phenomenal now and having them with me eliminated the anxiety of such a major repair and renovation. Highly highly recommend using them for all you needs, you will not be disappointed!

I had a clogged sewage line that backed up into my basement. After I had it repaired I needed to find someone reputable to handle the water clean up and deep clean. I got a few quotes but was so impressed with Access Restoration. When I called they went out same day to provide a quote and even got started same day too! They were professional, extremely communicative and did such a wonderful job. I couldn’t believe how easy everything was from scheduling to timing to have the job completed. I hope to not have to need them again in the near future, but if I do, they will be the only company I call. I trusted what they had to say and didn’t feel like they were taking advantage of the situation like some other companies out there. Highly recommend them!

I had basement water damage so I called Access Restoration. They responded immediately and were very helpful. They moved everything, cleaned and sanitized, cleaned rugs, repaired dry wall damage and moved everything back into place. They were at my house every morning until the job was completed. They were efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and always very friendly and polite. They also followed all covid-19 guidelines. I would not hesitate to call them again.
