I went out of town for a weekend, and when I came back, it was apparent my toilet had been running and had run over the entire weekend. My house was soaked with over a foot of raw sewage water in some areas. The walls throughout, the floors.....I mean everything and anything was drenched..... all of my property, my furniture, my personal items in my closets, everything you can imagine. I was heartbroken as some of the things that were destroyed were of great sentimental value to me. Flood Pros literally took the time to dry out and save most everything. They had them cleaned professionally. Things I thought there was no redemption for, they somehow were able to bring back to life and some of it they where able to bring back to like new condition. Even some pictures! Not only that, but they negotiated everything with my homeowners insurance so I did not have to deal with it at this already stressful time. My Flood Pro liaison was there every step of the way and made sure I was taken care of throughout the process. They were very good at communicating with me throughout the whole ordeal, so I knew what was going on the entire time.
