From the very beginning, I informed the owner that I had a timeline that needed to be met. He assured me, time and time again that it would not be a problem. After over 3 weeks, my floor still is not done and I was informed this morning that the reason why is because he had never worked with the product he suggested, and he did not know what availability was like. It was not as if I was not interested in hiring him for the job. I flat out said, get me a quote and lets get started. There was absolutely no attempt to contact me for anything, aside from him asking if I could send him measurements because he forgot his notes. Even after that, he was still lost. If he would have told me he never worked with that material instead of 3 days before my deadline, the conversation would have gone completely different and this review would not exist. This is just a very poor way of doing business. Aladdin Carpet Sales has lost my business and I will refer people elsewhere from now on.

John is one of the employee's and did a terrible job on our house. He only completed a quarter of the job and then walked out after being questioned about why the lvt flooring wasn't being cut flush and not lining up. He has an extreme temper and likes to start arguments with other contractors on-site. Ron the owner did make it mostly right after he agreed there were issues.

These guys are awesome! We are selling our home and we’re in need of carpet ASAP. We called them for an estimate and within 3 days our carpet needs were met and surpassed. We were scheduled for installation on July 3. They had a cancellation and called us on the 1st of July to see if they could come a day earlier. We had to work but the installers were at our door at 4:45 a.m., as we requested, and in a single day they installed all of our carpet. They also took the time to wrap our stairs not just slope the carpet over them. I’m beyond pleased with the price and the excellent job they did on our home. Give them a call, they won’t let you down.
