Lee and his team fixed a leak we had around our skylight. I feel this company is honest and doesn’t try to oversell or abuse homeowners insurance. They provide a 5 year workmanship guarantee which I think is standard for reputable roofers in the area, and is stronger than other contractors I received quotes from. In addition to addressing the leak, a ridge vent was installed. I was charged ~$1200 total.

We are very disappointed with our experience with Reel Roofing. Nearly six months after our roof was completed, Reel Roofing still has NOT closed out the permit and final inspection with the City of Boulder. We also discovered that the gutters were installed incorrectly. We followed up multiple times and were initially given excuses. Now, they are no longer responding at all. After contacting the City of Boulder ourselves, we learned that the permit was never paid and remains open. If Reel Roofing contacts us promptly and takes responsibility by resolving the permit, inspection, and installation issues, I am willing to revise this review.

Disappointed that it has been 6 months and Lee has not closed the inspection and has been avoiding me via his phone. It was part of the contract that Lee would file and close the permit by completing the inspection with the City of Boulder. Additionally, he and his crew installed the gutters in the front incorrectly. I reached out to the City of Boulder and they relayed to me the the permit is pending and has not been paid.
