Pinnacle Structural Services was great to work with throughout a very stressful time. It is never easy being a new homeowner, much less when you discover unknown foundation issues after a purchase. Added to the fact that work had previously been done (poorly) to correct the issues, and my wife and I were both hesitant on who to work with for a permanent fix. Tony Peterman was the estimator that came out to take a look at the situation and worked along with Cronin Engineering to determine the correct solution for our leaning basement wall, sill plate issues, and beam pocket. Tony provided an accurate estimate for what was required to be done, and after different bids we found it to be very reasonable for the work required. The office manager, Shannon Kay, was very helpful and responsive in getting the job scheduled, with updates throughout the process. Raul Diaz was our project manager and was in constant communication about what was being done, making sure that I knew of anything that came up during the repairs. I was impressed that the crew was able to hand dig out the side yard (not enough room for heavy equipment) in as little time as they did. If you’ve never seen three men digging out around 900 cubic feet of clay dirt and backfill, it’s a sight to behold. The blocking, bracing, sill plate repair, and beam pocket repair were done quickly and efficiently. The engineering company we used pointed out a few things that needed some slight correction (nothing major), and the crew was in contact to correct those issues within a day. I point this out not because there were a few slight adjustments, but because Pinnacle was very quick to get in contact and correct these things. Overall, I am very happy with the work done by Pinnacle and would highly recommend them to anyone needing to repair their basement. I’d describe them as the best company that I hope to never have to speak with again (because foundation repair sucks no matter who is doing it, they are very nice).

I had half a dozen contractors over to give me quotes, and pinnacle was far and above the most trustworthy. They didn’t try to scare me, just gave me a no-nonsense explanation of the likely issue, a couple of repair options, and no-pressure quote. I actually waited another 5 years before calling them back after fixing some drainage around the house hadn’t resolved the problem. Their crew was quick, clean, and did neat work to install a drain and sump pump. I absolutely recommend their services!

Pinnacle Structural Services to the rescue! Our 70-year old home with a 30-year old addition had developed major structural issues. The solution was 6 different types of repairs, including a 26 new support piers using 3 types on installation. And all while working and excavating holes in a space only 3-3 1/2 feet tall!@. We could not have been more pleased with the process and outcome. Foundation repairs are a big deal. After all, it’s the foundation of your home! We highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone needing quality foundation repairs, complicated or basic, at a respectful price. From the customer service representative, Tony, to the office administrator, Shannon, to the project supervisor, Carlos, their communication was timely & helpful, with their attentiveness to my questions also timely & respectful. Equally important, they worked seamlessly with our independent structural engineer, Cronin Engineering. Thank You All! And BIG shoutout to repair techs Luis, Benjamin. foreman, Marcos, who clearly are skilled craftsmen. They worked tirelessly on our project for 4 weeks, under varying climates, always with a smile and happily answering my questions & providing photos and videos of daily progress. They were neat, always cleaning up the site each day. If you are looking for professional and quality structural repairs without over-selling for repairs not needed, based on our experience you’ve come to the right place with Pinnacle Structural Services!

I am a first-time homeowner, and so I don't have much insight or experience with how to maintain my investment. Recently, I noticed some vertical cracks in my garage wall, and started exploring the rest of the foundation. Soon, I was very dismayed due to some issues that appeared to me to be major concerns and require complicated repairs. I called several companies in the area, and ultimately made an appointment with Pinnacle Structural Services. The structural estimator, Matt H. was right on time. We got straight to it. I showed him my biggest concern. To my surprise and relief, Matt explained that what I was observing was actually by design and explained how it works. During this interaction, Matt was kind, knowledgeable, clear in his explanation, and super down to Earth. We went through several other items on my list of concerns, and each time, Matt helped me understand, first, what I was even looking at, and second, how I could maintain that area of my home. All but one of his suggestions were DIY approaches, which I could have easily been suckered into paying for. The whole experience cost me nothing, but the amount of knowledge and experience Matt conveyed to me is priceless. I would absolutely recommend Pinnacle to anyone.

Learning about the foundation problems at our home was initially concerning and stressful. We had three companies inspect our situation, all of them reported the same issue and provided similar solutions. However, Pinnacle won the job becuase of their personable contractors, willingness to work with us on the job to fit our schedule and needs, and offer for convenient financing. If we have foundation issues in the future, my first call will be to Pinnacle.

So glad I went with Pinnacle!! We had a french drain & sump installed in our basement and couldn't be happier with the results. When we were initially going out for quotes, the other companies (Groundworks, Thrasher) tried to sell us solutions which were WAY more than what we actually needed or could afford. Matt and the team at Pinnacle was willing to work with us during the whole process on not only getting the right solution to ensure our slab stopped moving, but to also help coordinate with a separate company contracted to replace the sewer line at the same time, and another concrete subcontractor to pour a little additional concrete in an area where our slab had cracked and sunk. Eduardo, Freddy, and the site Manager Carlos worked hard every day to ensure the job was done right and on-schedule, and even proposed a change during the job which improved on the proposed draining solution. All at a very reasonable price that allowed us to afford everything else that needed to be done to refinish the basement. I'll definitely be recommending Pinnacle to all our neighbors that are seeing similar soil movement issues. Thank you Pinnacle!
