I came home one evening and noticed an enormous amount of dust in my condo. The very next morning, Rex was able to go into my home and take samples. I thought that the samples would come back either negative or positive and that would be that; however, when the samples came back positive for asbestos, Rex worked to facilitate next steps and advise me on how to proceed. I was very impressed with Rex’s responsiveness and care they took with my situation. Everyone I interacted with at Rex was professional; however, I have to give a special shout-out to Oscar who did a great job of keeping me in the loop and offering guidance as the situation evolved. Having an unexpected asbestos spill in my home was an absolute nightmare and certainly was not something I had ever expected to deal with and I am so glad that Rex helped me. I highly recommend Rex Environmental Solutions.
