Deep water has an Amazing group of people. They don't treat you just like a customer. I never felt like my concerns were overlooked. They kept me informed the entire time. Ruben and Alex were extremely professional and informative! They do their job very well and quickly! Couldnt have asked for a better duo to get the job done! Angie who answers the phone every time I called was so pleasant and I was never left with questions unanswered. She was always a cheerful voice when she answer the phone! Huge shout out to Nick, Rich, Jorge, Tessa and Abby, and everyone else on the Deep Water crews that came to my house. My insurance has been a nightmare to deal with, but not these fine folks. The city where I live was working on the water lines down the road and wound up overpressuring my home, blowing the pressure relief valves in my house and on my water heater, causing it to flood back on November 14th. Deep Water arrived as quickly as they could and started mitigation right away, wasting absolutely no time to save my house. I still have a lot of issues going on that are 100% my Insurance Claim Handler's fault for deliberately delaying repairs and payments to the point where I wound up having to get a couple loans just to make sure my home would be good to go while they did their bureaucracy. You fine folk are fantastic, and I can't thank you enough for fixing what you did in my home, it looks wonderful.

The owner Yanni was super helpful and quick to respond. He was able to get me help quickly. Vlad did all of the mitigation work on my home, and did a great job. He was very responsive, respectful and hard working. I had many questions and he was able to help with everything. His team always left my house clean and in order. I had some difficulty with communication on the build side.

My clean is not complete but I can say this service is stellar! I had a leaking pipe in my crawl space. It was a muddy mess. These guys, specifically Ruben and Isaiah cleaned it and removed materials in record time. I will leave a more extensive review after they are all done, but I’m sure it’s going to be excellent. ADD ON TO MY REVIEW: I had a pipe break in my crawlspace, and it flooded all over the place. It caused not only damage where the crawlspace was, but in an upstairs bathroom and in my hallway. They came over right away and mitigated as much as they could in one day, which was taking out all of the mud and debris from the crawlspace. It must’ve taken them about five hours. They set up fans in everywhere where it was damp. They did come three days later to check to see if it was dry. It was not. The only complaint I have is that I bet if I didn’t call them when I did these fans might still be here. Of course they might’ve missed them. It was their equipment. I do have to say the customer representatives on the phone were so kind, professional, and courteous. They got me an appointment and the crew came over and took up all of the tile in the hallway and bathroom and took it away. They even took my old toilet away that was not usable. I’d like to give a special thank you to Ruben who is very polite and professional to me. I know it’s easy to take advantage of a woman when her husband isn’t here but he didn’t. I actually know more about customer service because I worked a job in this forte and I certainly am appreciative that I didn’t have to show my knowledge in this field.🤣 if you ever have any water mitigation that needs to be done call these people. They did a great job. I also have to say for the money it was a great value.

I was charged $3900 for removal of an old vapor barrier, anti-microbial treatment and running some fans to remove moisture from my crawlspace in preparation for a new furnace install. This was 2 hours worth of work max. The crawlspace was not flooded. The original invoice was for $4700. I had stupidly accepted this quote because I was unaware what the work actually entailed. When I challenged the price, I was eventually offered the $3900 price. The final price included work that I am positive was not performed. To all this, Deepwater replied that I had accepted the original quote and that I had signed the customer satisfaction form, so I should pay up. I guess this is what you get when you place your trust in people. This company is dishonest, untrustworthy and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Ive never been a customer but ill say this, absolutely the worst drivers. Im sitting at carl just and one of their trucks just turned off garden of the gods like a bat out of hell,almost caused a wreck and took off like at Daytona. Give me a break.teach those idiots road manners and drive like responsible professional adults. Very rude people

One of the worst companies I have worked with in a long time. The crew that came into my house were like a bunch of bulls in a china shop. They ripped door frames off and flooring that didn't need to be removed. They taped down a protective material to protect wood floors but the tape ruined the finish and they never repaired the damage. The "owner" lied about completing the job just to make sure they got payment. They were dishonest about how long fans were needed in my house and what we were charged for. You may be going through your insurance, so you would never know this, but they are dishonest and I would never recommend them to anybody.
