I needed a carpet re-stretching as it was fraying and becoming lose where it met the vinyl floor. I did a quick Google for carpet repair in my area, and after reading many wonderful comments about Johnny's Carpet Surgeons and look into their website and had the option to TEXT them! I prefer a text than trying to fill out a form request, so I text and they replied promptly and where able to provide a quick estimate by me sending them pictures via text. I needed to have my carpet stretched and cleaned in my living room, dining room, bedroom, and office. Troy came to my home and gave me an estimate, which was considerably lower than the first estimate I received. I was very pleased with the outcome of my carpets. He had to make new seams, and cut off about 4 inches to stretch my carpet. Troy has been in the carpet business since he was 16 years old when he worked with his father. It was obvious he was very experienced, and knew what he was doing. He is very professional, friendly, honest, and he is a perfectionist. So if you hire Troy, you will know the job will be done right.

I called A-Johnny’s carpet Surgeons late last week to have them repair two large ripples in my family rooms carpet. They schedule an appointment for Monday at 2:00 but said he would call around noon and might be able to come earlier that day. As stated, Troy called at noon and came within minutes. Not only did they stretch the carpet to look like new, he saw two other problems in my living room and for a minimal price also repaired those areas. My husband and I were so impressed with the work Troy and his assistant performed. The price was VERY reasonable and they were very polite and personable. We will most definitely refer our friends and family to this carpet company!

Thank you Troy. I had a major wrinkle in my upstairs carpet that was a safety issue and tripping hazard. I also had a wrinkle in the primary bedroom. Troy came on time and did a stellar job. It wasn't an easy fix as my carpet has small block pattern. The fix is now invisible. He stretched and cut out just the right amount. Not many could have done this. I'm glad I found Troy and highly recommend him for easy jobs as well as the most difficult ones.
