Incredibly dissatisfied with Adjuster Pro. We had a burst pipe in our house which damaged our entire first floor. Adjuster Pro was recommended to us to help with filing a claim with our insurance company for repairs. At first, they made lots of promises of things they could claim to increase our insurance payout. When the insurance company came back with 20% of what Adjuster Pro said we could get, Efraim and his staff said this was expected and that they couldn't get any more money from us. The insurance company conducted another inspection of our house and we waited nearly two months for the report so that we could start on our repairs. Efraim said he was contacting the insurance company every day to ask about the report status, however after two months without the final report, I contacted the insurance company directly. They said they had no record of any communication (emails, voicemails, etc.) from Efraim and sent me the report directly within a few hours. When I told Efraim this, he threatened to resign if I contacted the insurance company directly again, even though it is my legal right to do so and no part of my contract with him indicated that I could not contact my insurance company on my own. I started questioning Efraim about why we wouldn't get reimbursed from the insurance company for certain things when he initially said we would be, and he couldn't provide any information and evaded our questions. When we found out we had asbestos in the house and needed to hire a professional asbestos removal company, he said this wouldn't be covered by insurance and we'd have to pay out of pocket for the $10k+ expense, which was false. We also told him the materials we wanted to use for our flooring and he contacted our insurance company and gave them incorrect information, even though we had documented this in writing to him. I started documenting all my communication with him in writing and asked more detailed questions, and within a week, he suddenly resigned, leaving us in a terrible position to continue fighting with the insurance company for more money to cover our necessary repairs. He also kept multiple invoices we incurred from other contracts for a month without sending them to me or to the contractors for payment. In the end, we ended up getting more money from our insurance claim when I worked with insurance directly, leaving me to question what Efraim had even done for us in the first place and why he left additional money on the table. Lastly, when I first met Efraim, I felt like he was very condescending towards me, as a female. He communicated well with my husband and father-in-law, but talked down to me during our initial meeting. Should have trusted my gut instinct. I would NOT hire or trust Adjuster Pro with anything.
