I want to say first that I didn't think our sofa didn't look too shabby to begin with...but I was sorely mistaken, we really needed a deep cleaning! We were amazed at the fantastic job they did for us- I had no idea we were as bad off as we were =/ They were prompt, efficient and friendly...and the price wasn't too bad either! This is the go-to contractor to use for a major house renovation/addition project. I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a professional and honest contractor. In the past we have done major projects on other houses we've owned and the experience with previous contractors was not great. I don't have to go into details, you know what kind of trouble you can have with the wrong companies, it's not a dream, it's a nightmare. So this time around I was cautious and did my due diligence in choosing my general contractor. We researched for three months and it paid off - we found these guys and we chose well! I cannot say enough good things to describe how well this project went. We needed a very experienced contractor capable of building a 1000 sq.ft. second floor addition to our single-storey home. This required stripping the house to the studs, major changes to the house foundation, and to the framing (almost all the inside walls had to be relocated or changed in size). The project included a new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, doors, windows, and more. With Ron and Tom from Prius Developing Inc we had complete peace of mind, it was a blast. From the start we felt that they were prepared and well organized. They knew exactly what needed to be done and had planned the best way to make it happen. Their workers were amazing! Nice, polite, professional and we could feel that they love what they do and love the company they work for. Every time I came to the house, these guys were working hard and they seemed to have fun, always a smile and a hi. They explained to me what they do, what the next steps will be and when I came back next time I could see the progress, what a difference to the experience from the past. Prius Developing Inc did a remarkable job, I am very impressed with them and highly recommend them to other homeowners. Keep up the good work Ron and Tom!!! You know you've had a great remodel experience when you actually hug your contractor as you hand them their final payment. I highly recommend using Prius Developing Inc for your home remodel/building project. After interviewing and bidding 5 other contractors I chose Prius Developing Inc and specifically Tom. In a nut shell they worked efficiently, they showed up every day, they cleaned up every day, they did exactly what they said they would do and they did it all in the schedule discussed and they finished on budget. Anything over the original budget was from changes that I requested. I put off doing this work for 10 years because of the contractor and remodel horror stories I have heard. Well not anymore, I am already planning my next project knowing I have a contractor I would go to again and again. Thank you Tom, Pedro and his team and Prius Developing Inc
