SERVPRO of Sunland/Tujunga were very professional and responded very quickly. They were very nice and clean in their uniforms. They were very communicative about when they would be here. They were very respectful to me as a Grandmother. We had a very bad water damage, So the professionals from SERVPRO Sunland/Tujunga came out within 30 minutes of our call. They put up big fans to dry up the walls and the floor to start with. As an older woman, I felt overwhelmed with the big water damage. The nice young lady that answered the call heard it in my voice. So when the workers came to my home, Helen, their boss, made sure I was not going to be overwhelmed with the big situation and mess, and helped me understand that they will be there for whatever I needed. Because of Helen, I felt at ease. I love SERVPRO. The crew was fast, efficient and friendly. They get the job done no matter the size. Thank God for Helen.

We had horrible water damage from our water heater pipe bursting and our flooring company highly recommended Serv Pro of Sunland/Tujunga. I am so glad we went with Serv Pro. They were amazing! The mitigation work was so organized and clean. They put protective plastic covers on all the walls and pulled up the floors and ran fans and hoses in buckets and we could actually see the amount of water they were drying out from the floors. Beyond that they had a cleaning crew that would clean as the crew worked and put signs on doors and really made it safe and immaculate while fixing the floors and doing the water mitigation. Now, with that said ... the After care was just as great! The staff there is absolutely amazing! They really made this stressful situation much easier for us. Elbret - was such a tremendous help. I pray that I never have another water leak again ... I would definitely use Serv Pro again - they were top class and really did a professional job. I really was impressed how they made extra effort to keep our house immaculate and the extra care they gave us. Highly recommend Them!

The quality of their work is good but I had to helicopter mom over the contractor to make sure the work was done properly. He told me he was finished working on my shower... and when I turned the water on, it started spewing out of the wall hookup. They also left trash and razor blades, and tracked dust all over my apartment but charged me "a cleaning fee" The customer service is also terrible. The people in the office would just make decisions about things being ordered without consulting me. There's also dozens of people working there but when you call no one seems to know the answer and it could take days before someone who did know the answer could call me back.

Never, ever again will we deal with this company or any associated with them. We have had the LONGEST, most arduous experience with them that was honestly more stressful and upsetting than it was worth. We only went with them for reconstruction after they misrepresented their costs by leaving large items such as flooring in their restoration bid out, making them the most appealing cost wise to our insurance company who then told us they wouldn’t cover more than that if we chose not to go with them. We couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket so we decided to proceed. During the process they added $5000 to their costs which heavily delayed the repairs and complicated things with the insurance company. A job that they quoted would be done in roughly 2 weeks, took months and ended up being unfinished after their workers were so rude we literally had to get them to leave our home. We ended up completing the work with outside companies who did a quick and good job for a literal third of the price. The work for the most part was shoddy and unprofessional, the customer service was awful, work was sloooow and their prices were heavily inflated. Unfortunately this is a hard lesson learned with a company who has zero integrity. Never again.
