Robert, Mauro, Christian, Jonathan and Benjamin did a major plumbing repair at my house, they removed all the old pipes located in the subfloor, took them four days. These people showed up on time, are very polite and real professionals. They will not waste a minute but get down to business as soon as they arrive, spent hours in the crawl space and do a honest day’s work. I will highly recommend Roto-Rooter Modesto/ Manteca . Keep up the good work, great team.

They say, “Don’t bring a butter knife to a gunfight,” and that sums up my experience with the so-called local A+ plumbing experts before I finally called Roto-Rooter. Others show up with tiny snakes, make excuses, and this time, left me with a clog that came right back. After wasting time and money, I finally went with the real pros. Karl was dispatched right away and unclogged what others had called “impossible” without any trouble using their custom-built, beefy rooter equipment. He gave me a disclaimer up front that snaking usually just pokes a hole and is not as thorough as hydrojetting, but he said he would do his best. His partner Brandon hooked up the camera as a lucky freebie, and for the first time I was able to see my nemesis of a main line with my own eyes. I was blown away by how clean Karl had gotten it as they explained every failure point, why the root problem may have been getting worse over time, and gave me clear estimates for permanent solutions with virtually lifetime guarantees. Karl also checked under the house for leaks and confirmed everything was clear. Out of nearly a dozen plumbers I have dealt with, none have come close to this level of service. Most importantly, I am really happy with the spotless job Karl did on my main line. I would have never known without the free camera check (a $500 value), but it makes sense why they have a six-month guarantee that I doubt I will ever need to use. They will never be the cheapest, but they are the only ones around who deliver a truly thorough job. You really do get what you pay for.

Very professional and friendly. I knew how much their service would cost upfront before I had to commit. I was told if there are any issues with repairs they will come back and make it right. The person that assisted me gave me pointers on how to fix other leaks I had after completing his job.

Marcus was very professional. He was within the hour I was texted. He came in determined the fix and gave us a quote. We had him fix the issue and with in a hour he was done. 3 month warranty was also given. I called 3 other plumbing services and they could not make it in the same day. Roto Rooter was quick and easy and on time. Thank you!

I recently scheduled an online appointment with Roto Rooter to address a clog in a pipe and while Brock the technician arrived during the scheduled time, was professional and courteous, I felt the service was overpriced for the work that needed to be done. The visit was prompt and the plumber seemed knowledgeable, but the cost didn’t match the complexity or time required for the job. I expected a more reasonable quote, especially for something relatively minor. ( I gave a 5 star rating for the technician as his service was outstanding. I would give a lower 1/2 star rating for the company and prices )

Josh met with me prior to beginning of services to discuss upfront quote with payment options and to answer questions. Marcus, tech who completed the services of installing new toilets, detected leak and need for replacement of new pipes. Marcus kept me updated on the status of his arrival, departure, and service times via text, phone calls, and verbally which i appreciated due to my work schedule. I am satisfied with the services Roto-Rooter provided and will utilize their services in the future. I would recommend this company.
