We made an appointment to drop our vehicle off/ estimate. Our appointment was confirmed. When it came time to drop it off. We were told they don't make appointments for that time. Even though they did and confirmed it the day before. Horrible service would never take our vehicle there again. I have used them in the past when Carl owned the business, but never again after the rude interaction
