This company went above and beyond for us! They were staying at our Airbnb after the first hurricane to do work. With hurricane Milton on the way, they went to get plywood and boarded up our house. Milton did some damage, but it was a blessing to have this team at our home. Jaime, John, and their hard working team got the damaged dry wall cut out, treated & dried, moved furniture, pulled up flooring, and cleaned up mounds of debris in our yard all with a pleasant attitude. Their work ethic is commendable!

Our master bathroom rebuild is now complete and it was the best experience we’ve had with a contractor. The credit for that goes to the project manager, Pedro Velazquez, who kept us well informed and provided guidance throughout the entire process. The 84 inch double sink vanity I selected online wouldn’t work with our plumbing so Pedro came up with a very similar design to accommodate our existing water pipes. He also managed to remove two large mirrors, one 84 inches wide, that we were able to re-use, which saved us from an added expense. The workers were all professional and told us what they were going to do during the day and what was done at the end of the day. They were all respectful and answered all our questions fully. At the end of the day the work area was always tidy. It was a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend ServPro.

Servpro Santa Barbara gets all the stars from us! We had a water leak in our newly remodeled kitchen. Cabinets, wood floor and walls were all damaged. Adrian was professional and kind as he advised us and got estimates together for our insurance. He kept us informed at all times. Pedro oversaw the work to restore our kitchen to new. He couldn’t have been better! The work was all done by wonderful professionals. Oz got the demo done. Gustavo and Robert did the carpentry, Israel and Ulysses the plumbing and Ronaldo did the electrical work. Everyone not only did their jobs but were always willing to explain what needed to be done. Servpro should be proud to have such a great team. We are lucky to have them in Santa Barbara!!!
