Great job! Unlike other estimators that came to our house, our salesperson Chasen was very thorough with the inspection of our roof and the explanation of our options, and was also patient with all of our questions. The project went exactly how he said it would.Communication was excellent! Our project manager David and his crew were very professional. In addition to the beautiful roof they installed, they made sure at the end of each day all areas were cleaned up and let us know what time they would arrive the next day. Thank you Carlos and Francisco (and team) for your hard work and friendliness. Madi in the office kept us informed and updated on scheduling, and also answered any questions we had during the project. We really appreciated Smart Roofing respecting us wanting to get other estimates. Now, after seeing the quality of our new roof - in both installation quality and product quality, we could have avoided wasting our time with the others. The service I received from Smart Roofing and Restoration was outstanding. First, the estimator, Chasen Nick, came out yesterday, 11/21/2025, quickly determined what needed to be done, and provided the estimate. Next, today, 11/22/2025, the job was quickly and expertly completed in about 1 hour. Also, this company is willing to take on relatively small “repair” jobs. Whereas, other companies I contacted would not, and insisted on full roof replacements only (which my home did not need!). I highly recommend them!

NO SHOW!! Had an appt today with an arrival time of 4-5. At 5:15, I call the office asking his eta. Note, I received a text confirming my appt and yes I’d be here. She says hold on while she calls him. Oh, she just logged on and “apparently” he had an emergency in LA and could we reschedule for next week. NO we can’t reschedule. You lost your chance. Nobody called me,I left work early for this appt and zero communication. That tells me right there exactly how this company treats its clients. No Thank You. You are not the only roofing company in SD.

My roof had 3 layers on it and no plywood base. Watching these guys work on a pretty warm day made me so glad I didn't do this for a living the second day a couple hours before they were done it looked like a volcano had erupted in my yard. When they left that day it was really clean and the third and last day even cleaner. The foreman explained everything that was going on and made sure it was all clean before they left. Plus it was way cheaper than I originally thought

From the initial contact Spencer Park. The salesman was very professional and listened to my needs. He gave options. Prior to starting I had questions. Project manager, David Munoz was very prompt and professional with his responses. They work crew were very polite, professional, and efficient. They replaced some rotting fascia boards and painted them. They left the yard cleaner than when they started the project.
