Whoever this driver is, almost caused two accidents. Exits freeway on plaza Blvd at about 11:23 am and did not yield but instead merged on to busy traffic and everyone honked at him. Then proceeded to drive carelessly through intersections. I believe he was drunk or something. They even made a truck slam the brakes hard and hit the sidewalk trying to brake from this person merging and they just left so I followed and got the picture

Alex and his crew installed carpet in our home last week. Johnnie and the sales/service staff were always helpful and professional. These guys are pros. Everything looks amazing and it feels like a new home! Total install and cleanup time was done in about 2-hours. They were very accommodating throughout the entire process. I had another great experience dealing with bonded carpet. I’ve been a customer of bonded carpet since 1986. I am very impressed at how great they have always been and how they always exceed my expectations on every project I use them on. Just recently case in point I had and tenant move out of the house I rent out after they had been living there for over five years. Not having any free time or wanting to deal with this in the middle of my busy work schedule, I called a Bonded Carpet and gave them the address in told them the key was under the mat. They went in and figured out exactly what I needed to do in the way of carpeting and floor coverings so that it would last the maximum period of time provide a very quality luxurious look for a house rental. They also just suggested in the bathroom that I down linoleum that looks like stone. This really enhanced the look/value of the rentals appearance. In order to help me make the decision on what materials to use easy Paula did great consulting by providing three different products combinations for me to pick. Looking at the contrast between the three examples made the decision simple and easy and provided no remorse. I normally take a long time to make a decision but I was able to make the decision in five minutes or less. I gave them the order on the spot. They moved very quickly within a few days the house was ready to rent to the next family in Carlsbad. If you’re looking for company that can provide you excellent value customer service and great products and excellent value call bonded carpet they will satisfy you today tomorrow and 10 years from now! They used to be fairly good. But in the last few years company getting to big. Quality of work is not good. Very sloppy. Last 2 carpet installs had to have someone come back and spend a few hours fixing bad seams,bad cuts,not kickin properly,metals not replaced. So tenant had to move their things again. Made appointment they did not show,did not call,I phone them they didn't know where the guy was.

Very pleased with the laminate and vinyl flooring that Bonded Inc. installed at our home in Chula Vista, CA. The Installer Chris Holmes was outstanding very detail oriented installing our laminate floors, and stairs. Home Depot, Lowe's and other company said - they can not do our stairs and will not look good, but Chris Holmes did an outstanding job on our stairs. We were so pleased and happy with Bonded Inc. so we decided to have our entire second floor (MBR, guest room, loft and bathrooms) done.
