He was easy to talk and pleasant to be around. He deserved the recognition! Even though it was late at night, he was quick to fix it. Thank you again!

Great service. My Roto Rooter tech, David showed up timely for an emergency repair. Quoted a reasonable price, and was able to bypass my old water softener before dinner time. The entire experience from calling to schedule an appointment to completing the job was professional and pleasant.

Booked using online, responses were all quick and system notified us of each employee that was called out. Each person was knowledgeable, polite, and worked with my wife and I to find solutions. We worked with Joe, Isaiah, Jeffery, and J.D. I appreciate how they kept us informed with each task, presenting us with options and estimates for work over the course of the job. They were able to help us fix a clogged line, replace toilets, and repair/improve our plumbing under the house.

Tyrice came within the appointment window, was polite and knowledgeable. We agreed to an upfront cost. He explained what he was doing as he did it, and listened to our attempted home shower drain hair clog cleanout. The clog was further down in the pipe than was expected, and he pulled hair out on multiple attempts. He stayed and ran the shower for the length of a typical shower to ensure there was no backing up. 30 day guarantee. Very satisfied, will definitely call for our next issue.

E- was here quick after calling this morning with a problem and he had it cleared in no time after arriving to help. He could’ve taken off, but had already identified recurring visits to our rental recently and had already notified his superior for advanced diagnostics. A- arrived shortly after E- had cleared the issue at hand. He’s friendly, professional and respectful and had quickly identified the invading tree root which had crushed the sewer main and has been causing all of this trouble. While the repairs are unexpected, we had a quote to get it done before they left my house and the system back online in half that time. It took Roto Rooter less than 3 hours from the time I placed my call and would have been much faster had they not identified the REAL issue. Initial contact with the dispatcher at 0900, technician response-1 hour (E- is awesome!) had the block cleared in <2 hours. The project supervisor (A- is a PRO) response <2.5 hours and major repair diagnostics and quote provided to my email all under 3 hours. I will not call anyone else. These guys are too good.

When my wife and I discovered that our shower drain was plugged, we didn't know who to call. We finally decided on Rotor-Rooter. It ended being the best decision we made. I initially thought the problem was just one clogged drain, but after Mr. Zada did a inspection, it was revealed that our entire sewage system was clogged with tree roots. Our home was built after World War Two, so it was understandable how it happened since our home is surrounded by trees... We thought the work would take anywhere from one to two weeks and we would hav to leave our home and stay in a motel/hotel. But, because of the excellent work done by Mr. Zada and Mr. Travis, they completed the job in four days!!! And more importantly, they did it without disrupting our normal daily routine!!! These two men were very friendly, polite, and professional. They always kept us informed of the progress of the work, for example, when toilet and showers would be unavailable. Those times were usually very short... These men should be commended! They made a what would be a horrible experience a pleasure. I know that sounds silly but we are so happy with their work. I would highly recommend Rotor-Rooter if you have any drainage issues. I would also recommend that if you do request Roto-Rooters services, to ask for Mr. Zada and Mr. Travis to do the work. You will not be disappointed!
