I dealt with Scott Green from Ryco Renovation, who did an amazing job redoing a rental townhouse to sell. Scott and his people did EVERYTHING, from repainting, floor to ceiling, replacing flooring and carpet, resurfacing kitchen cabinets, installing beautiful stone counter tops, and making sure all the details were done, right, IN ONLY 10 DAYS!!!! Couldn't believe the great job they did. It looked like a brand new place, and the total price was far less than I was expecting it to be. Best of all, I got great offers the first weekend, that more than justified the cost of the job. I will use Scott and Ryco Renovation again and would enthusiastically recommend them to others. My New Kitchen After 28 years with the same kitchen it was beyond time to create a new one. Because of the design of my house I knew I needed to keep the general layout but I wanted a fresh new light feel. I contacted Scott Green with Ryco Renovation for some ideas and estimates on cost because I had hired him throughout the past 10 years to renovate all the other areas of my home. His craftsmanship and knowledge of the construction industry was great and I trusted him and the integrity behind his company. I had also referred him to several other friends and family members. Through the process I described to Scott what I wanted to feel in my new kitchen. I wanted to simplify and organize this area so that everything had its place and where the space could go from simple to gourmet cooking. I wanted light cream cabinets that reflected the custom made look but within my budget. I also wanted beveled glass in some of the doors. I wanted granite countertops that were light but still had some definition from the cabinets and still worked with the new stainless steel appliances. Alicia and Scott both brought great ideas to the table. Although we still kept the basic previous design the beautiful new light cabinets and granite countertops gave it a completely different feel. It made the kitchen seem so much larger. Scott widened the main island by four inches, added cabinet ends to finish it off, a granite window shelf, large deep open sink and beautiful faucet, under cabinet lighting and the installation of all 4 of my new appliances. I was amazed at how simple the process was. Day 1 - old cabinets and appliances were out. Day 2 - all of my new beautiful cabinets were installed as well as the countertops. Day 3 - all other details like cabinet hardware, moving gas lines for stove, hooking up water system, new face plates, and under cabinet lighting was completed. Day 4 - appliances were delivered and installed and we celebrated! And by day five we were cooking in our beautiful new kitchen. Amazing!!!
