High Velocity Restoration did an outstanding job cleaning and remediating our home after the Eaton Fire. From the very start, Project Manager/Owner Wes and Job Coordinator Ernesto were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They guided us through every step of the remediation process and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The entire crew, especially Delphino, was professional, hardworking, and excellent at communication. They followed all remediation protocols carefully and ensured that our home was restored and ready in a timely manner. I really appreciated that they even left air scrubbers and hydroxyl generators running during and after the work was completed to make sure every trace of smoke odor was removed. Their commitment to quality, exceptional customer care, and reasonable pricing made this a truly great experience. This started with a sewer-like smell under the house. Turns out, a rat chewed through a rubber pipe fitting and caused the kitchen sink drain to flood under the house. Velocity did a same-day inspection and we scheduled clean up for two days later. In three hours they cleaned up a swamp under my house, sanitized and dried the area. The before and after pictures were mind-blowing. The workers ABSOLUTELY earned the money and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Velocity.

The company is very professional and reliable. They did remediation in my apartment, but my landlord would not replace the carpet that got wet in a flood so Velocity came back and did a sterilization process in my whole apartment that was basically toxic free. With the recent flooding rains in Los Angeles, the crawl space under my house was completely flooded with several feet of water. Wes and his crew from High Velocity came to my rescue, siphoned out the water and treated and dried the wood foundation. Wes was knowledgeable and so helpful.
