We are renters and our landlord used EB Indoors to remediate some mold growth in our apartment. As renters feeling a bit out of control of the situation Howard made the process very smooth for us by providing an email with prep instructions and even took my call answering all of my many little questions. Bought a house during COVID and thus felt the need to have some sanitizing done before we moved in. Not only was Howard courteous and on-time with an "on the way" text, he was super informative through the entire process, explaining each action item and product to make sure we felt educated and informed. We called because we wanted to rule out mold or something else in the environment as the cause of some unusual health problems. Mr. Oliver Howard did a great job of explaining the issues in such an investigation. In a few days he came to inspect the house and take samples. As it turns out there's no mold BUT he did notice something else: a disconnected furnace air return duct was causing foul air to be drawn from the cellar into the living spaces of the house. We've fixed that and so far the health problems seem to have cleared up. We really appreciate Oliver Howard's patient manner, promptness, and thoroughness.
