I had my house mitigation with this company back on July of this year. They came out right away and took care of my water damage and mold problem. Unfortunately we had some problems with Safeco my insurance company not authorizing the whole carpets remove so the restoration company can proceed to clean up the whole thing not just a portion of it. After all the work was done. I thought I can repair my floors. But unfortunately two days ago I found more mold underneath my carpets. I contacted not only my adjuster but Alexandra from the restoration company She said that there is nothing she can do about it. After my adjuster told me he was going to contact Puro Clean again to come out and take care the mold. I tried to contact Alexandra by text and it was not going through. I think maybe I was blocked or something. I also called her and texted her boss. No respond at all. I guess they don't want our business anymore. That is a shame because I could have given them a better review. Just because they having problems with the insurance company they shouldn't take out on the client.
