I had a shower upgrade and wanted to replace the existing clear glass panel with something more decorative that would also be more visible so I wouldn't bump into it all the time. I opted for an attractive rain glass at a very reasonable price. The people at BW are all very attentive and responded to all my questions right away. They completed the job in a timely manner. My wife said the installers were friendly and courteous. I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended.

This company is first class.....quick to respond and convenient and responsive scheduling.....Husband dropped our heavy glass sliding bathl/tub enclosure luckily only a few scratches attempting the classic "I can do it myself" thought....but, with heavy glass cumbersome sliders it is not worth the risk..luckily BW Glass and Mirror to the rescue in a timely manner so we could use that shower/tub...they removed the bucket of glass, cleaned up, advised, made it easy to do all online and via phone thanks to clear concise advice..just what we needed...the installers also installed grab bars which I would recommend no matter your age because soap, shampoo, conditioner, and slippery shower footing with big glas doors....is a disaster waiting to happen when you have nothing to grab should you slip especially when climbilng out and over the tub to get in/out.... I also learned about a coating to help cut the work when cleaning shower/glass doors....... call them...others have s l o w turnaround compared...also, the owner personally checks to see if customer satisfaction was right on.....

Found B.W. Glass online and noticed that they have great reviews, so I scheduled an install for our new shower doors. Vince emailed us product information and dropped by to take measurements. Glass showed up sooner than expected, so we had Nathan and Andre over for installation. They’re professional, they work well together, and they did a quality install in what seemed like less than an hour’s time. Great overall experience, so I recommend them highly.

I had a huge shower project with four window panels and one big door. I also had four windows in the house to replace. I interviewed about 4 or 5 different glass companies until I found BW Glass, which was recommended to me by my window washer. Vince came to the free estimate on time, measured everything and was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions patiently. Not only was he the most easy to deal with, but his quote was lower than most everyone else. And, he is local and a family sized business, so that was great for me. His installers take their time, and do quality work. I'm very happy with my shower, and the window panes. There were some minor issues with the shower panels because my custom tile job isn't plumb (not his fault!). But it was all taken care of and worked out to my satisfaction, and Vince was great to deal with during the entire process. I will not hesitate to give all of my glass work to BW in the future.

I had been referred to BW Glass by a local cabinet maker and I could not have been more pleased. I later told my wife that on a 10 scale I give them a 20! In responding to my potentially dangerous service call (removing two large mirrors and resizing one of them) they were prompt, courteous, efficient and reasonably priced. They were also very concerned about cleanliness and safety.

BW Glass is incredible! They have done several projects at my homes but my favorite is the frosted glass "barn door" for my toilet/shower room. It is so cool. It is better than I could have imagined. They are wonderful people and care about making the customer happy.

They did a great job on my furniture glass cover tops once they finally got the cuts right. I sent them the measurements for my dresser and two nightstands via email so they didn't have to come out themselves to measure and also to avoid having to pay a fee for them to come out. When they brought the cover tops they were too big. The guy measured my furniture and got the same measurements I did. He came out 4 times due to the glass not fitting right. They ended up charging me an extra $200 due to them being incapable of cutting the glass tops to the correct measurements and having to redo the cuts.
