I am beyond grateful and amazed by the expertise and knowledge that image wireless and the employees, Shawn And Marlon, who assisted me in recovering all my contacts messages and photos from my phone that was accidentally ran over by several cars by me, leaving it on top of the roof of my car. I was able to get a new phone, set it up with my service provider and restore my phone like it never happened or Apple. I went to looked at me and said it was impossible and I was able to do it all with the help of image wireless. I strongly recommend anyone with any phone or computer problems to come here as they are very knowledgeable and experienced after 35 years of being in business. Unlike most places, they are a part of the community and here to help without price gouging and helping someone that’s in need of help!!

Being recommended to come to Image Wireless Inc. from the T mobile corporate store was the most amazing experience ever as my iPhone took a big fall from a 3 story balcony where everyone who looked at it said there’s no possible way of reviving and making this phone come back alive. These guys really know what they’re doing where they are miracle workers that put together the phone with a new housing, a new screen and battery and had all my information content saved. I had all my work done in less than one day and half the price of buying a new phone. Amazingly, they did not try to price gouge me and take advantage of me for my desperate need of getting my phone and data as they were straight foward and honest!! I am beyond grateful as I did not utilize iCloud and I didn’t know what can be done to save my phone. Don’t waste your time anywhere else as these people know what they’re doing and they care about all their clients. I highly recommend anyone that has a phone or computer problem to come here because these guys are amazing. No wonder they’ve been in business for over 35 years here Thank you Shawn and everyone at Image Wireless for the wonderful service.

This place is the most knowledgeable service center in regards to able to fix your computer and make a friend for life at. Shawn the manager or owner I think who assisted me at Image Wireless is an incredibly kind and generous person as he assisted me with my 6 month old 2025 MacBook Pro that fell in the bath tub accidentally. First he made be at ease, calm and sanity as I was loosing my mind as I need my computer for school but the data that was on my computer was IRREPLACEABLE as all my files and projects were DESTROYED as I did not have a back up or cloud back up. My computer was up and working within less than 24 hours so I can be back on my school schedules. The amazing thing is they were step-by-step clear on what my computer needed and was honest about parts that were damaged and did not PRICE GOUGE me for anything like EXPEDITING the service or price hiking the parts my computer needed or the time they spent servicing my 2025 MacBook Pro that Apple refuse to touch. The efficiency and amazing service at Image Wireless has proven itself as the best technology repair center in Westwood or in the world as they really love what they do and they show it!! I strongly recommend anyone who is trying to fix a phone or a computer to go to them because it’s rare to find a honest reputable and knowledgeable place who cares about their customers.

I am beyond greatful to these amazing people who work at Image Wireless as my water damaged Samsung phone was damaged beyond repair fro the water exposure, as they spend many hours attempting to repair it so I can recovery my contacts and pictures. What made me feel so happy and good is when they assisted me in chhosing a new phone with the multiple options they had and connect my phone service and add all my emails and apps on a new phone. I had a really great experience here! Shawn is very hospitable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He finished working on my laptop on the same day and even had it delivered to me while I was working because I wasn’t able to come pick it up myself! I also bought the wrong phone case and he let ne exchange it for the right one with no problems! He helped me with the lifetime warranty on my screen protector too! Highly recommend this place if ever you need anything repaired, he’s so nice and loves to chat, and his dog Luna is gorgeous! :)
