They were also really careful to keep noise down when I was working from home or on important calls. When it was time to start removing damaged walls and flooring, they worked so quietly and efficiently that I barely noticed they were here. Douglas and the other technicians were very professional, friendly, and understanding throughout the process. They helped guide me through what to do, especially when I was having trouble getting information from my insurance company. Even though I eventually decided to handle the final restoration work myself because of delays with my insurance, I was really grateful for the help from Douglas and the water mitigation team. Most of the delays and frustration came from the insurance side, not the water damage company. If I ever have another water damage emergency in Long Beach, I would definitely call them again.
