We had a hot water pipe burst in the crawlspace under our kitchen floor. After the plumber replaced the pipe, Robert (manager) of Dry Down, along with Hunter & Jose (water & mold damage mitigation specialists) provided exceptionally good services to return our home to it's original condition, and at a very reasonable price. All three were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and easily accessible at all times over several weeks. We are extremely happy with everything they accomplished and their positive "can-do" attitude. We highly recommend all three, and Dry Down, for any similar circumstances.

Professional. Responsive. Honest. Robert and his team get the job done! He answered every call and every concern with detail and empathy when it came to a mold issue in my family home. Not only did he do his job, but when a test came back positive after a cleaning his team did a second cleaning without charge which it then passed with flying colors. He could’ve easily brushed me off after receiving payment, but he didn’t. It’s hard finding honest people especially when it comes to home issues and finding someone that actually cares is rare. Had Dry Down handle the "Drying" of a pipe burst clean up & intial complaint of water damage / moldy musty smells from a crawlspace. After claiming the job was done, I had continuous musty odors, ( they told me to open some windows and wait it out) I went back into the crawlspace to find soaking wet dirt - they came back a 2nd time agreed it was wet, did the same lazy process, of throwing abosrbant and cat litter around , couple fans poorly placed (instead of removing water & wet dirt first) 1-2 months later I found the same WET DIRT, NEW PLANT GROWTH and NEW FUNGUS GROWTH after excuses & being told "I'm shacked up, open some windows..." or "Snow melt is leaking in" after 2-3 months of completely dry hot season. The plumbing company that introduced them to me agreed to their negligence of clean up after charging 3.5K for drying. Taking legal action in the next 72 hours Main office has zero customer service for their faults, believing their negligent employee who needs to be scolded for lack of service or knowledge base.
