Shaun and his crew are truly outstanding. They helped me with two different water damage restoration jobs. The first situation was a big one, and Shaun showed up at 1:00am ready to get to work and kept a positive attitude the whole time. He worked for hours, taking care of drywall, carpet padding, carpet, vinyl floor removal, drying the hardwood, and running dehumidifiers. He also explained each step of the process so i always knew what was happening. Every day after that, he kept me updated about what would happen next and was always right on time. When I called for help, Preston answered and made sure the team was at my house within 1-2 hours, which was amazing because other companies said it would take at least 4 hours or until the next day. Preston was very professional and friendly on the phone, and after talking to him, i felt a lot less stressed about the situation. At the end of each job, Trenton double-checked everything to make sure the work was done properly and that i was satisfied before i signed off for the insurance. The whole team worked together so well and made a tough time much easier. If i ever need water damage help again, this will be my first call.
