Anytime I contacted him he would return my calls immediately, either by email or telephone that was very reassuring. Having Woody speak on our behalf to our insurance adjuster was always explained in a simplified manner to me if we had questions. I was always included in each conversation by email between our insurance adjuster and Woody. This gave me total confidence to see what was going on at all times. Woody fought hard and we came out of this war and won! We were always treated with respect and much concern about our issues we had with our homeowners insurance not seeing the repairs as we the homeowners did.
