The Solid team was great to work with from beginning to end. It’s an awful experience when you have any damage to your home but the team helped me through the process of rebuilding the house back better than before. Jeff and Jonah were honest and straightforward with me on how long things would really take since they have expertise is how the insurance process works. They have good credibility with various insurance companies so they know what forms and details are required so you won’t be left hanging with your insurance company. The process was very long with the main constraint that insurance companies can take a long time to respond and even longer to provide payment coverage. I felt comfortable that Jonah and Jeff made sure our insurance provided the proper approvals before proceeding with work. End results are amazing looking floors, and a house put back together. The tile work was done really well in the areas affected and their drywall guy did such a great job. Everything blended back in and house looks like new. We had additional work done in the kitchen and the countertops look amazing. I can’t thank them enough!

I was a tenant in a condo that Solid Restoration worked on for multiple weeks, replacing the flooring in the kitchen, building and installing a new cabinet under the sink, repairing the drywall where it had been destroyed by a leak, and staining and repainting the cabinetry. Gayle was fantastic as my point of contact for everything to do with the work. He had all the answers for our questions, made sure all of the work was done at a high level, and importantly got the work done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Solid Restoration and Gayle in particular for any sort of restoration or remodel work on a house!

Solid Restoration performed my rebuild after my property suffered extensive water damage. Solid Restoration has some of the most genuine and honest people I have encountered in the industry. I am a property manager and not new to construction and remodeling so I have had countless interactions with contractors. My first impression of the company was when I met with Ray to discuss the project. Ray was very intentional in hearing my concerns and expectations. Ray outlined the process in detail, and after interviewing several other companies I chose SR because I felt they were the most vested in me and my project. My next interaction was with Ryan, and he was exceptional working with both me and the insurance adjuster. Though the process I also had the pleasure of meeting Ray Sr., Jonah and Lisa. And again, I was genuinely impressed with each of these interactions and the respect I was given. No job is without issues but when they arose I felt heard. And equally important the issues were taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about the people at SR and am very satisfied with the completed project.
