Late afternoon my wife walked to the upstairs guest bedroom and felt wet carpet….not a good sign…i came home from work and realized the water valve coming out of the wall for the sink was slowly dripping and probably for weeks. I immediately called Restoration Management Company and their customer service was amazing. They helped get a team over to the house early evening to begin the remediation and drying process. The 2 person team were very professional and did an amazing job clearing out the wet sheetrock and unfortunately the tile floor due to a very wet plywood flooring. They set up fans to dry out the wood so that we could get a contractor in quickly to get the bathroom back together. The whole RMC team from start to finish have been great to work with! I highly recommend them!!

We are very happy with our experience with restoration management company. we had a leak/pipe blow in our master bathroom, and after filing the insurance claim, our agent was going to send out another company. That company had very poor reviews so we said absolutely not and to send somebody else. We are so thankful they sent restoration management company! Communication was excellent from start to finish. Those who came out to our home were always very respectful, courteous , and helpful. They have very high standards and do not take shortcuts to ensure the job is done properly. While It is not fun to have things happen in your home, this company makes dealing with it much more bearable! Highly recommend RMC

michelle seville of restoration management was understanding & professional about assessing the damage to the property & outlining the steps to remediation. It’s not always clear what is required when a project starts. she was proactive about scheduling to work & returning calls. i realize contractors have a lot their plate and return calls on inquiries is appreciated in making progress on a project. Friendly and helpful. That is especially helpful for a company i have not used before. Courteous but not overly aggressive. Work was performed professionally, thank you!

It was a pleasure to deal with this company. Work was carried out promptly and professionally. We dealt mostly with Nathan Kroopnick and Alicia Arias; I can't speak too highly of both. Always responsive and effective, and always polite. Went out of their way to take care of us. Same is true of everyone else who worked with us. We were amazed at their efficiency. I found the statements somewhat confusing (I'm not a financial expert) but it was a very complicated job, so that's to be expected. Thanks to all in this project.
