We've been going every week for two years to dump our RV. $30. The dump is EASY to get to!!!! We have a 30' trailer with a long-bed truck - I have no problem maneuvering through the lot. Always works!!! Never a line except after a holiday and only then two ahead at most. The employees are exceptionally friendly!!!! They have their own hose. If it ever has a problem you let them know and they either get it fixed or replace by the next week!

It was broken in to several Motorhomes and Catalytic converters were stolen. They don't inform you when that happens. It happened to our Winnebago twice within one year. They didn't even give us any confirmation for our insurance. It's not safe there at all. And one of the two "ladys" working there is very unfriendly and yells at her customers to get off the terrain if they need any help.

Dee the office manager is very sweet and helpful. Always willing to help and go out of her way for you. Facility had a dump station for use to public for $20. Good price on storage and dump is free if you rent there.

You get what you pay for, they have a fair price but they do not care about there customers. Some people broke into the storage and damaged / stole things from 11 vehicles. They did not improved security and said that cameras would be to expensive. All they said was that they are not liable and when we asked them to write a letter for the insurance stating that there was a break in the denied it. Update: Until we found a better option we keept our place there, another break in happend and again nothing changed. We left by now but I would definately recommend to stay away from this storage.

Paid for the year to save same money. Canceled ahead of time, per their policy to get a refund for the last two months as we are leaving for Arizona. The lady said that rule doesn't apply to me. And they have rented my spot. So, double dipping and greed at its finest. Go anywhere else! Shame on you, not affordable!

First of all I don't know what this means with quotes from The Establishment saying they try very hard to be polite and whatnot. I thought this was supposed to be reviews experienced by the person or persons that are posting the review. But I will say they advertise that they're open till 5:00 but really if you get there 2 seconds after 4:30 they will not let you dump all of which takes at least takes me about 5 minutes. And you will get no sympathy if you are not informed that when calling earlier in the day and letting them know that you are not informed that and just a smug too bad. I was going to store a couple of RVs there, most definitely that will not be happening.

Affordable Rv Storage is where we dump are Rv Grey & Black Tanks it's only $25 to dump & Fill your Fresh Water Tank & You don't even have to get out to pay for service the Employee comes out to your Rv to get money & Give you change if necessary!
