Awesome company! They are so reliable and knowledgeable. Paul Duncan and his crew are the best. They exceeded my expectations and helped us out. Paul showed up late in the evening and worked on our water disaster until early morning hours and then came back later that same day to continue to clean up. His work ethic is top notch!! Shout out to Team Delta who I called at 9:00pm due to a leak in my bathroom, and they took action immediately. I called their after-hours phone and I immediately got the help from Justine. She mobolize the team and that same evening I had the Emergency Service Technician, Troy, at my house with water extraction machines. Next day the rest of the team (see pictures) showed up and they were able to bring stability back. The entire Team Delta has been professional, attentive, and care for customer service. I recommend this entire team to anyone, specially the technicians that have showed up at my house and have explained the process and took action to stop the leak. Thank you Team Delta!!!

Truly a Lifesaver! I had a nightmare situation—my toilet overflowed and water spread fast, soaking the carpet, seeping into the walls, and even flooding through the ceiling into the room below. Some of my personal belongings were completely drenched. I was panicked and had no idea what to do. Team Delta showed up like heroes. They responded quickly, stayed calm, and jumped into action. They were professional, respectful, and worked incredibly hard to stop the damage and start the restoration. No pressure, just total support when I needed it most. They saved me from what could’ve been a complete disaster. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage. Thank you Jose, Andrew and Paul! I was away on a five week vacation and upon my return a day after coming home, there was a flood in my whole downstairs area due to a clog in a pipe in my downstairs bathroom. I had never had this happen before so I wasn't exactly sure what to do and I was really happy because my daughter looked up companies that could come out and help. We immediately threw towels on the ground, but no matter how many towels were thrown on the ground. It just wasn't absorbing all of the water that it needed to so we found team Delta restoration and although they were over an hour away they still made a point to come out right away that evening. The foreman Paul and his crew came out and did an outstanding job. He just got to work right away, started laying out the fans and the dehumidifier and explaining the process to me so that I can understand. He advised that I would probably be able to use my homeowners insurance, which was something that I didn't know and it was a blessing because there's no way that I would've been able to take care of this on my own. Not only was Paul completely knowledgeable, but he was such a kind person, so helpful and was so friendly. He and his crew are the kind of people that you would want to make friends as they are so amazing. All my interactions with him has been nothing but A plus. Part of the crew was Michael, David and Daniel and they were all amazing. Any questions that Paul is able to answer he would have to speak with Brett. Everyone was so helpful from this company and I plan to use them to restore my home as well. When Paul came out on day four I believe it was or five to pick all of the equipment up. He checked to make sure that everything had dried up completely and it had. Due to the cuts that he made and all of the things that he did, the job was complete. If you ever need anybody, these are the people to call. I recommend them 1000 percent!

We woke up to a flooded house from a broken waterline during the night. We called Team Delta they were on scene within the hour. They started cleanup right away. Saul was the first on scene and assured us that they would handle everything from start to finish such a nice man. David Lemos the supervisor was right behind him and he was so nice and helpful and informative. Wish I could give them 10 stars they deserve it!!!!!

The short: Team Delta is a great company, who hires great people to do great work!!! Our saga: It started with a leak. Our home warranty company sent a gentleman from Halo Plumbing to fix it. They did a great job. Unfortunately, our walls ceilings and floors took on a lot of damage. The plumber referred us to a restoration company (who will not be named) to do the demolition and repairs. It started out great. Friendly, diligent, and accommodating. Until they pulled our cabinets and counter tops; mold was discovered. My insurance company was too powerful. Scaring them off without a trace. So much so that they abandoned ship without so much as a goodbye. They left us with about 15 thousand dollars in damages and only a 6 thousand dollar claim check. Plus mold We called a 1-800 number to get a free mold estimate…. Enter Team Delta. Troy Man flew in, cape and all. Analyzed our mold situation with the speed of a moving train. Professor Bret used his mind control powers to get our insurance company to agree to cover the mold. After Professor Bret and his team vanquished the mold, Super Scott and his team moved in. Rebuilt our closet, ceiling, walls, and floor. Furnished us with brand new kitchen counter tops and a bar with a back splash that wasn’t there before. All without us using a single penny of our own money, even with a fairly high deductible. They didn’t just save the day. They saved our day, week, month, year. They were true super heroes. Jokes and metaphors aside. I can’t thank Team Delta enough for their absolute exceptionalism. From their demolition team to the cleaning ladies who tied it all up into a beautiful bow at the end. My wife and I are so pleased. They have a customer for life.

We experienced water damage due to a broken pipe. My insurance company sent out Team Delta, to which we decided to move forward with the repairs. Scott came out and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He made us comfortable with the remodel decisions we were facing. Throughout the process there were a few obstacles along the way and Scott always made himself available by text and by phone for any questions we had. He was very flexible throughout the process and worked with us on the many remodel choices. Scott's crew did great work. Junior worked non-stop, getting as much done as possible each day. We recommend Team Delta for any remodel work needed.
