Steamy did a professional job in mitigating our water damage issues. Always courteous, communicative and reliable. In our case, discussions and agreements with the insurance carrier was challenging and problematic and created a bit of friction. However, Steamy displayed courtesy and diplomacy at all times and were very responsive to homeowner concerns and issues that lead to successful resolution of all billing issues. Billing manager Seth Powell led that effort and successfully resolved all issues. Hopefully we will never have another water leak requiring mitigation. But, if we do Steamy will be called! When I found mold in my parents house in Eloy I called Steamy Concepts and they immediately sent someone out to assess the situation. I worked with the project manager who explained the process for mold remediation. The crew came in and removed the affected areas, set up drying equipment and dehumidifiers along with air scrubbers to filter the air. They also wiped down all the interiors walls, cleaned the air ducts and completed air quality test to ensure the air was safe for my parents to return home. I strongly recommend Steamy Concepts and firmly believe they are the best in the industry due to their professionalism and quality of work.

We discovered an overflow of our condenser pipe in late July and our floors and were flooded. We called Steamy Concepts and they helped immediately. Steamy was punctual, friendly, and helpful. We worked directly with Chris from day one and he helped us navigate the situation- as well as advocating for us with our insurance company. Fast forward 3 months and our insurance refused to cover some of the necessary work. Tony, and our account representative personally dedicated several hours of their time to make sure that our insurance’s requirements were met. While this was a frustrating process for us, in my experience, neither insurance nor contractors/business owners are willing to work to make sure home owners are taken care of. Every so often, even in a perfect world, insurance mistakes happen. I consider myself lucky to have Tony, Chris, and our account representative at Steamy Concepts as genuine advocates for us when the dispute occurred. If I believed otherwise I would not hesitate to leave a different review. As far as work goes, our situation was rather complex but the work that was done was of very high quality and it was done in a timely matter. We always felt that our concerns were directly addressed and no one within Steamy Concepts ever deflected blame or failed to respond to anything we asked. I don’t think I need to explain why this is a good quality among contractors.
