Everything was great from start to finish. Cullen was my initial contact as the sales rep and he did a thoroughly job with the initial inspection and provided us a lot of information. The installers, Ka’tell, Bennie, and Andrew were great to work with a did a great job. Would definitely have the guys over again and or recommend them to others.

The salesman who came out was very nice and explained the process of encapsulating the crawlspace of our home. He mentioned the size of the unit that would be installed. He mentioned that they would make the crawlspace opening larger so the unit could be installed and that they would make a new door that was air tight for the crawls space and it would look nice and be professional. Then it began with needing pipes moved. I was okay with that. I hired a plumber. Then it was a couple of rescheduling times. Then two days of a crew coming out. The crew said they had to install a smaller unit because the larger one wouldn’t fit. Then before they left they said they would be done in a hour just had to make the opening larger. The next day we looked and the opening was made smaller. The only access under our house! 7 1/2 inches by 9 1/2 inches. I contacted the company and was set up with a return time. I took off work for them to return. No one showed up. I took off another day for repair work on the door. The guys were all pleasant but seemed rushed again because it was dark. The next day I went out to look and it was just such bad work, totally unbelievable! I am awaiting another time for someone to come back again to se if we can’t get this resolved! I feel this company is too large with too many people in the chain of command and the workers that are hired are inexperienced and have no guidance on how to do even the most basic carpentry work. Now I am left with a smaller unit for the same price and a crawlspace door that isn’t sealed and a mess under the house from cutting a larger door after the plastic was installed.

They are exceptionally prompt in returning calls and asking questions before the work begins. However, once the work is completed and issues arise, they suddenly become far less available and responsive. This includes the supposed person in charge, Mr. Alex Jernigan. All of the damage clearly stems from their substandard workmanship — not to mention the questionable quality of the concrete work they performed.
