Renovation Pro LLC

A water leak led to our renovation opportunity and we selected Renovation Pro due to our friends’ good recommendation. Extremely happy and impressed with the product. The employees were nice and trustworthy. Custom cabinets, high quality materials, and good communication that led to our oasis of a kitchen. They also tied in the powder room so it is seamless in transition. It was a better product than we expected. We’ll be using them again.

The whole team was responsive and worked quickly to renovate our bathroom. The price was fair, communications were clear and consistent, and the work was quality.

After our initial renovation I was prepared to give Renovation Pro LLC. at least a 4 star review, but a year later the longevity of everything they did shows it wasn't quality work. Due to a plumbing issue we had to gut our kitchen, laundry room, and refloor the main level of our home. This all happened amid pandemic shortages and other events of nature that caused basically all the contractors in the area to be extremely busy and unavailable. When Renovation Pro LLC said they could do the work and do it quickly I was so grateful. Communication was poor from the start, we would try to contact Jeremy and his team for days, sometimes weeks, and would hear nothing from them. When things finally started happening we would be told a subcontractor was coming to do work in a particular area of our home, we would prepare that area and then, often, the workers wouldn't show up or they would do work in a completely different area of our home. For example, when it came time for the flooring we were told they would be tiling the kitchen. I was sure to thoroughly clean that area (we were living in our home for several months while this Renovation took place, waiting for things to start moving on their end). I had to take my mom to the airport and when I arrived home they were flooring the main portion of the house, not the kitchen. Renovation Pro's lack of communication has resulted in the LVP breaking in a few places because the floor in that area was not properly leveled and the subcontractors didn't bother to fix it. There was also issues with the trim that resulted in the flooring not going all the way to the wall, being unable to be covered by the quarter round. The quarter round, was also never installed. My husband and I finally said we would install it after hearing nothing from Renovation Pro for at least 6 weeks, despite efforts to contact them. The tile installed in the kitchen has not even lasted a year, we have about half of the tiles in the kitchen that have cracked at this point in time. When the countertop was supposed to be templated, Jeremy sent me an email about 45 minutes before they would arrive at my home--not a phone call, an email. I was on my way to the doctor's office with a child, and because I was unable to be there there were issues with the countertop that later had to be resolved on their end. We had zero communication from Renovation Pro when the backslpash installers show up during a large family party. Jeremy sent a text when they were already in the driveway. It would have been nice to have a heads up from our contractor, instead of finding out when we had a large amount of people in our home to celebrate my in-laws anniversary. Thankfully our family was patient and understanding, but it was very frustrating none the less. The cabinets that were installed have chipped and split...it hasn't even been a year. They were under warranty so I contacted Renovation Pro, needing the purchasing information from their subcontractor to try and file a claim. After several attempts Evan finally came out and took pictures. We never heard anything back, in spite of him saying he would get back to me. For a very stressful experience, that cost over $30,000, to have the materials and installation be so poor that we already have flooring and cabinet damage, I am so disappointed that we wasted our time and money with Renovation Pro. They're nice guys, but their poor communication and the poor quality of work that was subcontracted out make me wish we had gone with someone else. I wish they would make it right, but I don't have endless hours to waste on the phone trying to get in touch with them and then being ignored when they say they'll be in touch. They may work quick, but their work doesn't last and they don't make it right when things fail. I'm so disappointed.

Truly an awesome experience working with Renovation Pro. They were the 4th contractor I met with regarding our bathroom renovation. I was struggling to find someone that got my vision and seemed like they would actually make our renovation a priority. Renovation Pro was incredibly helpful dealing with insurance. They stayed ahead of the schedule that was set and communicated with me daily about where things stood. I was impressed with the level of work and how organized everything seemed to be. I am IN LOVE with the final product. Our bathroom is the perfect space now and we couldn't be happier about the decision we made to work with these guys.

After receiving a recommendation for RenovationPro from ABC Cleaning and Restoration, I decided to reach out to them for assistance with my roof. Jeremy was great to work with, always coming when we said he would. He went out of his way to provide roofing samples and ensure the best quality and color for my house. Had a great experience with Jeremy and Evan at RenovationPro remodeling our master shower. Jeremy promptly came out to the house and gave us a fair estimate for the work. Great two way communication through the project and the work started immediately. Jeremy uses the industry standard Schluter Systems Kerdi Shower kit and his tiling guys were great. We are extremely pleased with the final product. I would highly recommend their shower work and when we replace our flooring they will be first on our contact list.

Couldn’t be happier with a Renovation Pro on our recent re-flooring job of our entire home, about 2500sqft...... They are knowledgeable, responsive, timely and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and even included a cleaning company to perform a detail cleaning afterwards given all the dust. That was icing on the cake as I had not been told about it. They went above and beyond. Thank you and we can’t recommend them enough! 👍🏼

Renovation Pro remolded our kitchen and to say it was perfect would be an understatement! I highly recommend them!
