I would highly recommend calling Rich and Melissa with DRYmedic for their services when you need a restoration company. We had a major issue with water coming into a building from a super cell rain storm. I called Rich and he was on another job. He told me let me wrap up and ill call you back. Seriously 3 hours later he was there, with all of his equipment ready to work immediately. He then proceeded to extract the water, bring in dehumidifiers and fans and get it dried out for me. He used a gentle microbial spray to keep the growth at bay also. Throughout the next 5-7 days he came back multiple times a day to check the water levels, levels of moisture in the wall throughout the building and adjust his dehumidifiers and fans. He did these check ups without me even ever asking but he kept me in the loop with texts, photos and documentation. I cannot thank them enough for saving us, and doing an incredible job all the while. The communication, photos, and level of confidence I had while working with him were absolutely amazing despite the feeling of devastation. This is a true team of professionals. When all seam lost for water, fire, mold or mildew call DRYMedic and you will be very grateful you did, I know I am. Thank you Rich!
