On time, introduce themselves and got to work. Employees were Jeremiah, Isidro, and Xavier. Jeremiah was excellent at answering questions. I had plenty because my boyfriend couldn’t be here and he is an architect. The three of them worked well together and with me! I would highly recommend Ox Foundation Specialist!

Don’t waste your time anywhere else! When we built our house we had it encapsulated by another company, it deteriorated very quickly and after 5 years we had rodent issues and a lot of standing water in the crawl space which was causing humidity issues in the home. Our original encapsulation was a thin plastic thrown on the ground. Ox came out and took their time to detail what needed to be done and offered to fix it partially or completely, whatever we felt most comfortable doing. We chose to completely replace the encapsulation and it is not even comparable to what was done prior. Marlon, Cedric and Tank worked on our home they took so much time and care to make sure it was done properly. The original estimate was 3 days, but they took 5 full days to ensure everything was done perfectly and completely. They took time to explain to me all that was done and will come back and repair any issue we have, even as small as changing the battery on the humidity reader. Our crawl space is so clean and tidy now, the amount of work done is so comforting that we will never have issues again. We are so thankful for what this crew and this company have done for our home!

Called to have them come out and look at a unique job for me dealing with some mold in an old well window cavity that had since been sealed off from the top and some block work in a basement foundation wall. They sent Mr. Winn Sanders. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and knowledge, but moreso by his honesty. Most companies will just try to sell you something to make their profit, but you can clearly tell they care about being honest with their clients in directing them to the best solution. Which in this case meant giving me great advice on the best solution here that ultimately is not in their scope of work. Impressed and grateful for his honesty and willingness to help me find a good solution for this project. Thank you!

Our house is three years old and the concrete at the garage area began to noticably sink about a year after we moved in. Since the electrical service to our house is underground and near the garage, the conduit connected to our meter box was pulled loose from the box. After seeing their commercials on TV, we decided to contact Ox Foundation Solutions. We met with their representative, Patrick. He thoroughly explained the process as well as expectations upon completion. Patrick was very friendly, professional, and informative. The technicians, Philip and Tony, arrived punctually at the scheduled time. They were both extremely courteous and professional. Within two hours, they had completed the repairs. My wife and I are amazed at how nice the concrete looks now. The conduit is now reattached to the meter box and they repaired all cracks in the concrete as a result of the settling. We are very pleased with the repair work done by Ox Foundation Solutions and highly recommend them for concrete repair needs.
