Although it took awhile to get finished, the end product was well worth the wait!! Everyone was very professional and attentive. Marty and his crew finished up the job and their attention to detail was second to none!! While I hope I never have to use them again, if disaster strikes...Mark and his team will be the first call I make!

The clean up service was wonderful! They ripped the flooring out and got to fixing the water damage. They also treated under the house and found some mold and treated it also! This was all done in the first week and we were so pleased with this progress! The hardwood had to be redone 3 times. This was due to the fact that they contracted the floors out to someone else due to scheduling changes and crew members. E.A.Res. did make it right and did a fantastic job the 3rd time at no cost to us! The tile and flooring done in my sons room and in the bathrooms was amazing!! My only reason for the lower stars was because of the time frame (were quoted 4 weeks and ended up taking almost 9 weeks), the disorganization of not knowing what days they were coming and what days they were not, and communication was always last minute. All-in-all we were satisfied with the end result.

The owners and workers were all very professional and so helpful. Any questions we had, they quickly answered and gave us helpful suggestions and information. They all were willing to go out of their way to assist us with our issue. I hope I never have the problem with water damage but if I have an opportunity to use their services again, I definitely will. This organization is promote, personable, and above all professional. From the first phone call till the last bit of my crisis was restored, I was never really worried or anxious because they literally took care of everything. Interfacing with my insurance , guiding me through the process, working with my schedule and situations to get all the work completed and consistently ensuring I was satisfied with the work all along the way. There are many names out there if you have incident in your home. My crisis was a waterline flooding my house while I was gone for 2+ months. I made one call, and the rest was taken care of. Would 10/10 Recommend to anyone who needs mitigation from a home disaster and reconstruction and restoration. Great great experience and people.

Mark’s crew was at the house within 2 hours of the plumber stopping a major water leak in the kitchen. They were able to take care of every phase of the process, restoration, packing AND repair as he is a licensed builder. He dealt with the insurance company directly and was there when the adjuster came to the house so that he could answer any questions. I was told by the adjuster that Mark did a great job and the whole process didn’t last as long as usual. Mark was very aware of the family and how it affected us and made the process as painless as possible. Although I hope to never need his services again, I would definitely recommend him and his company!!!
